Tom has served 10 years on the BoD for a privately held company with more than $80MM in annual sales, offering strategic advice to achieve results. He currently serves on two company Advisory Boards.
In 2013, Tom became President of Your Back Office in Woodridge, IL. His strategic vision has led to the development of $1.8MM of new business revenue in just the first 18 months of operation.
Sandra Hall is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the states of Illinois and California, as well as a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is an accomplished, results-driven accounting professional with 22 years of progressive experience.
She has worked across multiple industries including two successful startup operations. She is a self-starter and is well qualified in managing accounting departments, financial analysis, forecasting and financial reporting.
Sandra is a strong leader with excellent communication skills both externally with clientele as well as internally across all levels of staff.
Steve Scott has over 15 years in the IT profession through consulting and retail management backgrounds. He has an IBM mid-range background and is a strong project manager, analyst and problem solver. Steve has a ‘customer service’ approach philosophy of delivering IT services and solutions to both internal and external customers.
He has experience in creating and growing IT infrastructure from single site peer-to-peer to multisite physical and virtual server environments. Steve understands the business to business needs through his experience as a former business owner and overall management experience throughout his career. He has bachelor degrees in Business and Philosophy.
Carm Noe has over 30 years’ experience in office administration within the fuel distribution industry, she started her career in this industry as a billing clerk and was quickly promoted to management. Carm has supervised all areas of office administration including Accounts Receivable, Billing and Distributions. She is proficient in tax preparation from Sales/Use taxes to Motor Fuel and Federal Taxes for Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. She has also been intricately involved in Human Resources and employee relations, including time and attendance tracking and payroll processing for multiple divisions.
