Our onboarding process - just like our services - is designed to be efficient, comprehensive and personalized to your business

Our goal is to gain a holistic understanding of your business so that we can provide solutions that will support your company today and as you grow.

Step 1: Complete contact form

When you’re ready to take that first step, you’ll start by filling out our contact form. In it, you’ll be asked to complete some preliminary information to advise us of your immediate needs.

Step 2: Schedule your free consultation call

This first call traditionally takes place with our president, CFO and/or controller, and is an opportunity for us to learn more about your current business and get a better understanding of where you’d like to take it.

Step 3: The proposal

You’ll receive your customized proposal within a few days of that initial call. In between that first call and the proposal, you might also receive additional information catered to your inquiry.

Step 4: Agreement and onboarding

Should we be the right fit for your business, we’ll send over an agreement and begin our onboarding process.

Our onboarding process is thorough and extensive to ensure that all your data is captured safely and accurately. We recognize that to do our job, we require sensitive information, including bank account details and backend access to financials and computer systems. To earn that trust, we prioritize security, support and full transparency throughout the entire relationship.
